Pediatric Dental openings - Northern FloridaCommunity Health Center is seeking several Pediatric Dentists to join their team.Base salary: $165,000 for new graduate and increases with experienced providers. Annual performance reviews with pay increases. Quarterly bonuses based on quality metrics achieved and WRVUs.2 clinic sites have openings - all are within 40-60 minutes of Gainesville (University of Florida)These are established dental clinics with other dentists on staff as well as hygienists, dental assistants, and front desk personnel.Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm working 40 hours per week. Occasional travel to other dental clinics in the system for vacation coverage and staffing shortages.Patient volumes will depend on what type of patients are scheduled that day. They see ages up to 20 years old.
