Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, ranging from $140-$162k. -Sign-on bonus determined based on experience up to $5,000
Benefits: Medical:-80% of monthly medical premium costs covered for single plans, 75% covered for individual plans-CHCB covers 80% of the Deductible costs for a single plan and 75% of the deductible costs for a family plan through a Benefit Debit Card.Dental:-Preventive dental services covered 100%, basic dental services covered 80% and major dental services covered at 50%.Vision:Yearly eye exam $10 deductible, lenses covered in full, $150 frame allowance. Frames or lenses subject to $25deductible. Contact lenses reimbursed $150 if elective, if medically necessary, covered in full.Additional benefits include:-$50,000 in student loan repayment assistance to qualified individuals through the NHSC -Long term disability-Life insurance -Tuition assistance -Paid vacation and personal leave-8 paid holidays -CME: 4 Days/ $1000
