This progressive practice is managed by the states largest FQHC / community health center system, with 1000 employees including over 200 clinical providers across 17 practice sites and service locations. This modern facility has fully integrated electronic medical records, and an on-site lab, imaging, and pharmacy.Become part of the growing outpatient primary care team. You will see and treat scheduled patients of all ages, developing your own patient panel over time. You will have an interesting, challenging and rewarding practice in a supportive and collaborative setting.
