We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join a compassionate healthcare facility serving the people of Humboldt County, CA. Your New Role: Position: Pediatrics NP / PA Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, consisting of two 4-hour shifts per day Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience managing own patient panel; must be able to work independently with physician mentorship available Patient Population: Diverse patient base in a community health setting, with a minimum goal of seeing 9 patients per shift, 18 per 8-hour day Whats in the Offer: Competitive Edge: Salary range of $131,227.20 - $148,137.60 Potential for production or quality incentives Robust Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits package Retirement plans including 403(b) and 457(b) with profit sharing 40 hours of CME time per calendar year Up to $5K for CME allowance & licensure, membership fees Incentives: Sign-on bonus up to $25K Retention bonus up to $25K Relocation assistance up to $25K Federal loan repayment program up to $250K Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and growth within a large, established healthcare organization serving a broad area with significant community impact In this Role: As a Pediatric NP/PA, you will manage your own patient panel, ensuring comprehensive care for a diverse population in Northern California. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, promoting preventive care, and contributing to the overall health and well-being of the community.
