Specialty: Interim Director of Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 6p
Overnight coverage: a remote call system is in place for all calls that can be handled remotely from an Anchorage facility. Calls that cannot be handled remotely require pharmacist to respond in person and will include call back pay. Call back includes a minimum of 1 hour pay.
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care and Emergency Department Pharmacy
Any State License
Certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS
COVID Vaccine Required
Credentialing: 1-2 weeks
Support Staff: WiIl oversee 12 FTE's including Deputy Director, Informaticist, Village Pharmacist, 2 Staff Pharmacists, 5 pharmacy techs
Required Experience: Tribal Healthcare or critical access experience. Must have management experience. THAO experience. Must have inpatient / ED experience. Must know how to run a code.
Experience with JC/CMS and ensuring staffing is appropriate.
