A health services organization in Wisconsin is currently seeking a new, licensedNurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) for a great opportunity with their Primary Care team in Milwaukee.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities
ThePrimary Care NP / PA will be responsible for:
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Performing in-office procedures, as needed
- Handling other duites, as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner, including 2+ years of experience in a Primary Care role/setting
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
- Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program with a national certification
- WI Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based Primary Care
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
