Your Role and Work-Life Balance
- Embrace a 1:7 call schedule with the assurance of a post-call day off, supported by Anesthesiologist backup call, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
- Experience equal amounts of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, providing flexibility and variety in your schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
