Responsibilities:
- Work Dates Needed: Dec 16-Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Full Time- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Health Center
- Scope of Work: IM/ FP 18 PPD, 2 MAs, 1 RN support staff
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA licensed, BLS, DEA- Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization
- EMR: Epic
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care
