Responsibilities:
- Provide orthopedic surgery coverage in clinic and on call
- Perform scheduled surgeries and handle night/weekend call at a 1:3 ratio
- Treat adult and geriatric patients, focusing on bread & butter orthopedic surgeries including total joints
- Maintain accurate patient records using MediTech EMR
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Illinois license and CSR
- Board Certification and/or true eligibility in orthopedic surgery
- Fellowship training preferred but not required
- Comfortable with a variety of orthopedic procedures, including total joint replacements
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
