Compensation: Compensatory range determined based on experience with a starting range at $180,000 annually. -Sign-on bonus: Upon completion of credentialing, candidate will receive a $10,000 signing bonus-Additional $10,000 bonus available upon the completion of 36 months
Benefits: Medical | Dental | Vision-Professional courtesy, paid copays for employees and their families, for services provided at Fish River Rural Health-$5,000 relocation assistance, unused portion going to sign-on-100% of health premiums paid by Fish River Rural Health-Personal time off allotted. Number of days corresponds directly to tenure with FRRH-13 Paid holidays-After fifteen consecutive months of employment-employees becomeeligible for FRRH's contributions of 4% of employee annual salary.
