Family Physician with Geriatric training / experience to join an interdisciplinary team. Serve vulnerable older adults in our home-based primary care and long-term care practices with the strong support. Position comes with future opportunities to expand into other aspects of geriatric clinical care and engage in geriatrics education with residents and fellows. Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule. Call is from home and will be 1 or 2 days per week and 1 or 2 weekends per month to start. Compensation package will include competitive salary, full benefit package, malpractice with tail coverage, retirement with employer contribution and match, student loan incentive and more. Located on the shore of Lake Michigan, approximately 30 minutes west of Grand Rapids, the town has something for everyone.
