Adelphi is seeking a high level Executive Assistant (Temporary) to provide professional and complex administrative support duties in Clermont, Florida. Job Quick Facts: Ref#: BD-121-01 Profession: Executive Assistant Location: Clermont, Florida Job Type: Contract (Temporary) Duration: 5-9 weeks Start Date: March 18, 2024 Schedule: 40-hour weeks, Mon-Fri Rate: $33.67/hrRequirements: Bachelor's Degree Five (5) years of related experience in local government, or legal office Valid Florida Class E Driver's license Ability to work independently under minimalsupervision. Florida Notary Public would be an assetResponsibilities: Support Administrative Functions: Assist with agenda development, document formatting, and election qualifying. Handle Correspondence: Respond to emails promptly and efficiently. Attend Meetings/Workshops: Provide administrative support during meetings and workshops, including note-taking. Transcribe Minutes: Accurately transcribe minutes from meetings and workshops. Performs other duties as assigned.Physical Demands: Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods. Exerts up to twenty-five (25) pounds of force on a regular basis. Operates office equipment requiring moderate dexterity. Requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing, and speaking abilities.
