We are working with Penn Highlands DuBois, a Level II Trauma Center in Dubois, PA, seeking Urology coverage starting January 6. Penn Highlands DuBois serves as a central hub for surrounding facilities, including Clearfield, Elk, and Brookville, with a busy inpatient setting and emergency surgical support.Penn Highlands DuBoisDubois, PALevel II Trauma Center272 Hospital BedsUrologyJob Details:Coverage Needed: 1-2 weeks starting January 6Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7a-7a (24-hour weekday coverage)Responsibilities:Rounding on inpatient cases in the morningEmergency surgeries as neededProcedures such as kidney stone treatment, possible extraction, holmium laser lithotripsy, and cystoscopy/stent placement for hematuriaManaging torsion of testicle (rare occurrence) and UTIsConsulting with the ED or other providers for Foley catheter placementRounding for any performed procedures if the patient remains in-houseEMR Systems: GE Centricity (Clinic) and Cerner (Inpatient)If youre interested in this opportunity, please send me your CV to present to the client for consideration.
